| 总结: | The purpose of this research is to give a detailed analysis of the rights and duties of political asylum seekers between the Shari'ah and the International Law. The study is divided into six chapters that examine the issue of political asylum seekers in respect to the safety of their lives and property in the Shari'ah and the International Law; how non-Muslims seek asylum in Islamic state; how Muslims seek asylum in non-Islamic state; the rights and responsibilities of the refugees and, their protection. The research methodology adopted by the researcher is based on inductive and comparative methods to examine the issues mentioned above, and analyze them in line with the available primary and secondary sources. In his findings the researcher embarks on conclusion that the Shariah grants protection to all asylum seekers with regardless to the countries of their origins while the international law acknowledge the right of the asylum seekers who come from special countries. |
