| الملخص: | The purpose of this research is to identify and study the marasil in the book of Funeral (Jana'iz) of the compilation (musannaf) of Imam 'Abd al-Razzaq in terms of sanad and matn altogether. The study is conducted by analyzing the conditions of their ruwat and evaluating their shawahid and mutaba'at in order to conclude whether they can be elevated to the level of Íasan li ghayrihi. The study also discusses 'Abd al-Razzaq's biography; his background and rank among scholars, and also the al-hadith al-mursal. There are two main methodologies applied in this research. The first is narrative methodology, in which the biography and al-hadith al-mursal are discussed. The second is using the critical analysis in identifying the marasil in the musannaf and evaluating them by the ways of takhrij and i'tibar. This research found that Imam 'Abd al-Razzaq was a very-well versed scholar in the field of al-hadith and al-fiqh, and that is proven by his numerous narrations of hadith, and the way he classifies them into chapters of al-fiqh, and using them to draw to a conclusion between opinions of fuqaha'. Even though the musannaf does not stipulate that the narrations should be sohih or hasan, but it should not be a reason to undermine the value of the musannaf, because most of his ruwat are thiqat and most of his marasil can be elevated to the level of hasan li ghayrihi which is acceptable. |
