Substantial number school products are being produced annually and these products are expected to enrol into higher education or immediate employments which are the key objectives of secondary education. Despites mass production of these school leavers annually, there is no corresponding rate of enrolment either into higher education or employment. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to examine perception of students' about career guidance, participation in career guidance programmes, the level of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and the relationships among these variables. The study used 387 samples of convenience drawn from 21 secondary schools that cut across the three educational zones. The results indicate that perception about career guidance and participation are positive low, the level of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy is high and there is no significant difference among genders. However, relationships exist among these variables, as they were found positively correlated.
