This study is a fully quantitative and was carried out among the public school principals in the Province of Bisha, KSA. This study involved 249 of public school principals. The methodology employed in this study were descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and path analysis. The analysis of moment structures (AMOS version 21) that is a full fledge Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) computer software was employed to test the hypotheses and the hypothesized model of the study. The results from the statistical analysis revealed that all five hypothesis that had been proposed for this study were accepted. The study also proved that the hypothesized model of the study was fit to the data, valid and reliable and hence accepted as the model of the study (CMImodel). The results from the study recommends that all establishments in general, and educational institutions in particular, to utilise the CMI model in order to implement organizational change for better future. The results from the study are considered very pertinent and germane and will benefit especially the public school system in the KSA.
