總結: | This study examines and analyses the Wuslat phenomena in Nahu and Sarf (Syntax and morphology), and applies it to the Book 'Bathl Al Majhood' by Noor AdDeen Al Salmi (1332AH). The study traces the Wuslat phenomena in the work of classic scholars and how they continuously tried to describe its sounds and articulation points. It further examines the phenomena in contemporary studies to come up with an inclusive summary of the phenomena in Nahu and Sarf. The current study looks into the phenomena from the perspective of two language fields; Nahu and Sarf, with some acoustic aspects for some Wuslat. The total number of studied Wasalat is 27; out of which 11 are in Sarf, and 16 in Nahu, all classified either a prefix, interfix or suffix. The study applied the Wuslat to a contemporary book entitled 'Bathl Al Majhood' by Noor AdDeen Al Salmi. The study results showed that a single Wusla is a linking element, be it a word or sound (vowel or consonant), that does the function of linking between two elements. AL Wasla is used to ensure linear continuity between two elements to offer new meaning in the context. The study sought to collect and document all possible Wuslat that are scattered in books of Nahu & Sarf, and to describe the function of Wuslat in each element examined in different positions. |
