The thesis explains the definition of al-tawarruq al-fardi, and its hukum by mentioning the different opinions among scholars, their evidences from various discussions. It then addresses issues related to tawarruq such as inah, riba, hiyal, and tauriiq. After that, the thesis explains tawarruq banking, its reality, its history, and the different opinions among contemporary scholars about it, their evidences and discussions. It also addresses the areas of applications in Islamic banks. Finally, this thesis addresses the history of Al-Rajhi Bank Malaysia, its management, its banking products, its experiences in the application of tawarruq in the murabahah commodity. The researcher uses the descriptive method to describe al-tawarruq al-fardi and al-tawarruq al-masrafi, the inductive approach for the references and sources, the analytical method to analyze the different scholars' perspectives on tawarruq, and the dialogue approach to obtain information concerning the applications of tawarruq in Al-Rajhi Bank Malaysia. Finally, the reseacher concludes that the Al-Rajhi Bank Malaysia consistently adheres to the stipulations and conditions of tawarruq in its applications. | ||
