总结:The purpose of this study is to focus on protecting consumers from commercial fraud crimes in Saudi Arabia comparing with consumer protection in the UAE, which dealt with the concept of consumer protection and their most basic rights, terms of difference, and agreement between Saudi regulation and Emirati law particularly. The study also reviewed in detail the role of official and civil society authorities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE in protecting consumers from commercial fraud besides, it also addressed protecting consumers from deceptive commercial advertising. The study concluded demonstrating the substantive and procedural protection from commercial counterfeit for consumers in Saudi regulation and Emirati law. The researcher relies in his research on the analytic descriptive inductive method through an extensive description for all regulations related to crimes of commercial fraud and consumer protection and comparing them with relevant Emirati laws; especially the code of Anti-commercial fraud and consumer protection in addition to applied approach in analyzing crimes offered before courts in both countries. The study deduced to some results; on the top of them: the necessity of reformulation of Anti-commercial fraud regulation in Saudi Arabia issued more than ten years ago and making it consistent with modern developments and codes in order to save consumers' interests and reveal their rights to provide a better protection for consumers. The study presented a new proposed project for Anti-commercial fraud regulation and consumer protection in Saudi Arabia.
