總結:This research examines the similarities and differences in human values between Arabic children's stories and Malay children's stories, and to establish the alignment human values with Islamic values as these values are highly important and significant in children's life in character development. This study highlights in Chapter One and Chapter Five a descriptive study on children's stories and human values. The other three chapters compared Arabic children's stories and Malay children's stories by looking at the artistic elements in each of the stories, and to highlight the human values in the stories through qualitative and analytical methods. This study looks at some children's stories from Arabic writers such as Kamil Kalāni: The Rabbit and The Hunter, Marmar the Merchant, Safrūt the Carpenter, and Prince Mishmish, and Abdul Tawab Yusuf and his stories: Respected Mayor, I ate the Bread, Ant hill, and Who Wins: The Brilliance or The Lucky. And the Malay writers are Mahaya Muhammad Yasin her stories: Morning Rainbow, The Carrots and The Flowers, My Country, and The Ring. And Halis Azhar and his stories: The Instant Millionaire son, My Younger Sister's World, The Return, and The Regret. The study found that the most important of similarities in human values are the common and fundamental values in both cultural and social aspects which should be taught to children. However, it should be pointed out that these similarities tend to shape by the different basic values inherent to the culture and customs of the children reading the stories.
