Various literature and the professional experience of the researcher assumes that University Administrators are either being treated as invisible workers, being disregarded or being given less attention academically, organizationally and publicly. Thus, this research assumes the responsibility by studying the perception of University Administrators about their own visibility in the University of Malaya Strategic Plan 2011 – 2015. Mixed methodologies that blend quantitative and qualitative methods allowed this study to meet its objectives. Descriptive statistical analysis, interpretative analysis and content analysis were adopted throughout the study. Identified documents related to the strategic plan of University of Malaya, University Administrators and Vice-Chancellors were among the data sources for this study. Interestingly, this study has identified that University Administrators is a group that is incorporated in the University of Malaya Strategic Plan 2011 – 2015 and University Administrators of University of Malaya. Further, they have perceived themselves as being visible in the University of Malaya Strategic Plan 2011 – 2015. In conclusion, the finding of this study is not consistent with the earlier assumption that University Administrators are being treated as invisible workers and being disregarded. The result produced by this study shows that University Administrators are effectively visible organizationally.
