Summary:This qualitative research aims to explore the role of parents in the development of creativity among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This study involved three mothers who have children with Autism from Rumah Autis Bandung. Employing the case study design method, data was collected using a semi-structured interview. Data were transcribed verbatim and analysed using a thematic approach. The findings of this study revealed that the role of parents in raising ASD children's creativity consists of three aspects; parental knowledge, parental support, and parental stimulation. The role of parents needed by children with ASD is communicative parents, educating, guiding, and stimulating the children's creativity. Finally, the implications of this study for the role of parents who have children with ASD will be discussed.
