Explanatory Study On SMEs Operation Strategies In Malaysia Towards Global Competitiveness
This study show that, operational strategies are different treated and therorized from business strategy, however scholars believe that operation strategy is normally formulated to address two issues is operational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
