Service quality in Malaysian Private Universities : Perspectives Of International Students
The present study intends to investigate the impact of service quality dimensions (tangibility,responsiveness,reliability,assurance and empathy) adopted from the SERVQUAL Model on international post graduate students' satisfaction in private higher educational institutions in Malaysia.
