Summary: | This research aims to study the perceived leadership style and employees’ loyalty and their relationship in Malaysian private sectors, hospitality industry. The research scope is limited to 4 and 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur and the reservation staff of the hotels. Transformational, transactional and laissez-fair leadership styles are the independent variable in this study. MLQ and LMQ are used as the measuring instruments and the data is gathered through personally administered questionnaire.
