Managing Knowledge In The Knowledge Economy: A Study On The Relationship Between Human Resource Management And Knowledge Management
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between human resource management and knowledge management among the organization in Malaysia. Based on previous empirical findings and theoretical literature, hypotheses were developed to test the proposed associations and correlations.
