Recently, orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) has emerged as a promising paradigm that potentially enhances spectral and energy efficiency through dynamic subcarrier and power allocation (SPA). Thus, this research work is to develop various radio resource management (RRM) schemes to provide spectrally- and energy-efficient solutions for different OFDMA-based cellular networks. Conventionally, the study of RRM problems using analytical tools has met with limited success due to unpredictable behaviours of network users and dynamic networking natures.
