Summary:The main objective for this research paper is to examine the relationship between employee’s moral reasoning, trust and whistle blowing intention. Not only the moral reasoning of a person play an important role, but trust level of a person is also worth highlighted as factor in whistle blowing intention. Being loyal to one’s employer is not incompatible with blowing the whistle about their wrongdoing, because employee loyalty and whistleblowing serve the same goal, the moral good of the employer. It is common to linked employee’s whistleblowing decision with moral reasoning and trust of the employees themselves. A correlation quantitative research approach was used in this study where total of 62 professionals/personnel working in private linked companies constituted the sample. A structure questionnaire was obtained and collected to examine the correlation between employee’s moral reasoning, trust and whistle blowing intention. The result shows that there is significant linear regression relationship between moral reasoning and trust. However, there is less significant relationship between moral reasoning and trust as well as relationship of trust and whistle blowing intention.
