Summary: | In this work, a mixed-source thermal evaporation is proposed, based on differential melting temperature between the HTM and ETM which produce delayed evaporation. The composition distribution, or composition profile can be controlled by the current ramp rate which effectively affects the heating temperature. The structurewise hole and electron transport layers can be formed naturally in addition to the CGM structure as compared to the linearly-graded mixed-host structure. |
