This study will also analyze the mishaps and accidents that occur in building worksites and to determine that it is due to the lack of knowledge in safety procedures Data and information are compiled by way of interviewing site staff at construction sites and also from relevant organizations such as NIOSH and IKRAM. For the results of the findings, it can be divided into three major findings. The first findings are; it showed that the decreasing of the number of accidents reported fallen sharply from 11.8 percent to 4.5 percent, eventhough the number of workers have increased considerably yearly, it is due to safety and health policies was practiced in the construction site. The second findings is; the major causes of accidents on construction sites resulted from stepped on hazard or struck by falling object.
