Summary:Nowadays, registration process using a traditional approach using pen and paper are not only time consuming, but also sometimes inefficient resulting in the false data recording. The problem with this approach when the management is difficult in report generating for the registered member and it requires lots of paper are part of our non-renewable natural resources. The aim of this paper is to develop an accurate, fast and very efficient automatic registration process to computerize the traditional way of registration. It can be used by management and all members for managing and get access to the system. The management also can send a news to members through this system. The development of Information System for Siswa- siswi Pertahanan Awam (iSiSPA) is using SDLC based on RAD methodology in order to ensure the process development is smooth. The model used to be Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of planning, design, coding and testing phase. The evaluation of functionality and usability testing involved thirty respondents and four experts. Based on evaluation from thirty respondents, they all are satisfied. Besides that, evaluation from the experts, they are satisfied with the system and the construct for the content get the highest mean of 4.73 (SD=0.45). Conclusively, this system is expected to help the management to manage members and generate report efficiently. For future work, the system will be implemented in much larger organizations and have larger database.
