It is the government’s responsibility as well as other related party’s responsibility to provide the comfortable places for the population. This also includes providing adequate and good safety and security for the people. Overall objective of this dissertation is to highlight on safety and security of low cost housing areas. It is also to identify the safety and security in building structures. This dissertation is focused on low cost flat in Selangor Darul Ehsan.
