Summary:The lack of awareness to appoint an executors in EPF is growing concern. Naming an executor nowadays are becoming the important topic in management of the estate. The lack of awareness cannot be solved simply by only urged the contributors to make nomination without given them better understanding about nomination. There is an urgent need for better understanding of the current and potential role of nomination to meet the needs in modern life. This research aim is to identify the level of acceptance of contributors, the knowledge level among contributors and also to analyse the factors influencing the contributors to make nomination in EPF Kuala Lumpur. This research is based on data obtained from a survey questionnaire that polled contributors' perception towards nomination of wasi in EPF. Data were processed and analysed using SPSS software version 2.0. The researcher was found out there is strong correlation between independent variables and contributors' perception regarding nomination of wasi. This study also found that the mean score for the acceptance, knowledge and factors that influence contributors to make nomination. The mean score for objective of this study show level of acceptance between medium-high and high. It is hope this study can contribute to the improvement of nomination system manage by EPF to encourage more contributors to make nomination.
