This study addresses the needs of systematic Halal governance to strengthen the capabilities of Halal related agencies to build a credible and efficient system for Halal governance. The main objective of this study is to develop a unification of a collaborative model for Halal governance in the Halal supply chain for the Halal industry in Malaysia. The qualitative approach in this study applied through interviews of the focus group. The program of a focus group held on 1st Jun 2016 at Room (UePMO) Ground Floor, Canselleri Building, (UiTM) in Shah Alam. In this study, the current operations or activities of the Halal supply chain in Malaysia and the unit of analysis is Halal related agencies. The Halal related agencies are from the Halal Policy Formulator, Halal Policy Implementer, Halal Policy Regulator, and Halal Policy Promoter. Findings of this study show that the collaborative governance regimes (CGRs) in shariah principles demonstrates that unification of collaborative model from the collaborative dynamics enacting good governance and harmonious relationship for effective Halal governance. This study provides a comprehensive model of unified collaborative model for Halal governance in halal supply chain in Malaysia and twelve variables identified. Thus, through the unity of collaborative Halal related agency, the government could promote, facilitate and support the adoption of collaborative governance regimes (Shariah principles), which in turn benefits the organisations and the industry.
