The aim of this project is to develop a new systematic exercise for assessing the UiTM lecturer's promotion assessment from grade DM 45 to grade DM 52. In this project, web-based system approach is proposed to improve the current process which had been used stand-alone machines. It will also implements PHP language, Mysql database and Windows platform as a combination to achieve the systematic promotion exercise.
