All the effort done by the inventor or the right owner of the properties had not been appreciated. Thus, these activities would lead to the drawback of the certain industry that involved. The primary sources of this research were the questionnaire and from the interview session. While the secondary sources was the information that was obtained from the Internet, newspaper and related books. First, the pilot testing was held to produce the suitable question for the questionnaire.
