Secondly, this study investigated the most important knowledge management dimension adapted by the staff. Lastly, this study was examined the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management among staff in UMK bachok campus. The questionnaire distributed to 155 staffs of UMK Bachok Campus. A Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to test the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management. The Pearson product moment correlation coefficients indicated a positive significant correlation between all of the organizational culture types and knowledge management in UMK Bachok Campus.
