Summary:The main objective of the current paper is to study the relationship between knowledge management approaches and job satisfaction. The papers were argued that the knowledge management approaches consist of knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, knowledge storing, and knowledge protection influence job satisfaction among staff. The data were collected using a questionnaire among the 103 employees. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application. Conceptual framework was use in order to di splay the relationship between knowledge management approaches influences job satisfaction. It found that knowledge management approaches had positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. Thus, in order to achieve higher academic performance, Hospital Jeli has to ensure that the knowledge management approaches were excellent.
