The problems that are faced by the gym are identified in the planning phase and solutions for the problems have been given in the system. Initially, customers face problems in booking the gym as there is no automated system to handle the booking. Customers must deal with the staff of the gym before placing the booking to know the available date and time. The staff also face difficulties to keep and track the information of the owner of the gym, he faces the difficulty in monitoring gym process as no automated system is used. With the presence of All Star Gym Booking System, all the problems identified can be overcome such as system will check the availability before customer can book, store the data in the unlimited system database and set the restriction for the data access according to the level of users. The booking process is easier and faster for the customers. The process of handling the booking is also smoother and more organized for the staff and admin. This is because all the processes will be automated by the system. All Star Gym Booking System was developed using the Adapted Waterfall Model where four stages were included which are requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing. Besides, the Ten Usability Heuristic is used as the theory for this project. It has been the guideline to develop this system. The system has passed all the requirements in the test plan. Expert and usability evaluation were used in evaluating the system and all the feedback have been taken into consideration.
