A walking spot enables guests to enjoy walking in town. A pedestrian's feeling of comfort is determined by the environmental characteristics which make walking possible. This article focuses on urban walking in downtown Kuantan. This research is aimed at determining the satisfaction of the pedestrians with convenience on the basis of their experience in walking. The results indicate that most participants, especially in relation to the pedestrian amenities, are relatively happy with the level of convenience.
