Even though it was started meant just for the army but as the time went by the marching was implemented to schools and universities. As marching bands were implemented toward high schools nationwide, the marching bands were also not excluded from Malaysia citizens to ask, is it really worth teaching younger generations about music? Since the older generations still think that way, it has given several impacts toward marching band and it is the financial management specifically. Since music is not considered important to be taught, it makes the marching band financial management not been taken seriously most of the time. Due to financial management not being handled in a proper way, it does give effect toward several other things in a negative way. In this thesis, the main question to be ask; what is the best financial management for the high school marching band?
