| Summary: | Nowadays, women entrepreneurs are playing vital role and have become important part of the global business environment. Women entrepreneur participation in Malaysia is really significant for the sustained of economic development and social progress. However, the number of women entrepreneur participation in Malaysia are still small as compared to men entrepreneur. The purpose of this study is to investigate about the ICT usage and the factors influencing women entrepreneur participation in Negeri Sembilan. There are several variables that include in this study which are education, skills, training, experience, ICT usage (mediating variable) with the dependent variable women entrepreneur participation. Data was collected by distributing questionnaire randomly to women entrepreneur in Negeri Sembilan. There are 65 respondents that completely answer this questionnaire. In term of data analysis, all the data and information collected will be analyzed using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 software. The result illustrates that education and skills are significant in influencing women entrepreneur participation while ICT usage, training and experience are not significant in influencing women entrepreneur participation. Overall education is the most influence factors for women entrepreneur participation in Negeri Sembilan. |
