This research is to provide a clear view on how purchasing system and delivery system for spare parts are exercised in EVS. Problems such as limited source of the spare parts, late delivery from suppliers, lack of IT application and late payment from customers have been identified as a problem and interrupt the smooth operations of the purchasing and delivery of the spare parts. Therefore, steps to overcome the problems should be taken immediately in order to maintain its good image.
