Summary: | Work-family conflict refers to a situation where the demands and responsibilities of work roles and family roles are mutually incompatible in some respect (Gilmour, 2006). In a simple word, work-family conflict can be defined as the conflict that arises due to work responsibilities which is interfering with family responsibilities. This is especially happening to a spouse who works and has responsibilities between work and family. They fail to manage and balance their work and their family effectively. (Zhang, Griffeth, &Fried, 2012) The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work-family conflicts towards career success among staff in Royal Malaysia Custom Department (RMCD) Bukit Bunga.
