Summary:The purpose of this study was to identify the organization awareness towards green office movement among Malaysian employees. The type of this research was descriptive research. This study was conducted at the government sector namely Universiti Teknologi Mara Kampus Dungun. The total respondents that involved in this study were 50 respondents. The instrument used to collect the data was by using questionnaire that consist of four sections which were demographic (section A), organization awareness (section B), green office practices (section C) and 3R concept (section D). All the data that had been collected were analyzed by using Statistical Package in the Social Sciences Software (SPSS Version 23). The result showed that overall mean for organization awareness was 3.50, for the green office practices, was 4.00 and meanwhile for 3R concept with the overall mean was 3.73. It can be concluded that they tend to agree about an organization awareness toward green office movement in their organization. The recommendations for practices were the management can organize campaign on green office practices and 3R concept and they also can provide training regularly for relevant employee. It can give a lot of benefits to the employee. Meanwhile, the recommendations for future research were questionnaire should be open-ended questions, conduct the study to the private sector and data collection procedure not be confined to distribution of questionnaire only.
