This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the i-THINK methods to enhancing the memorising skills of students year 4 in science subjects. The selected title is rusting in the fields of Nature Materials. This research is a quasi-experiment involving 72 students in year four from 4 Tun Abdullah and 4 Tun Mahathir classes in Sekolah Kebangsaan Green Road, Kuching, Sarawak. The study design was qualitative and quantitative. The instruments used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and pre-test and post-test. Data analysis showed an increase in the percentage.
