After the product completely produced, a survey was done by using online questionnaire that collected from 129 respondents from residents of Kampung Rantau Panjang, Klang. The area was chosen because of several reasons such as suburban area, population density, and diversity of backgrounds. The data was analysed by using statistical package for the Sosial science (SPSS) application. The results showed significant differences. There were some variables have been analysed such as raw material, design, marketing and satisfaction.
