Summary: | This study sought to explore the relationship between employee perceptions on training benefits and affective commitment and work performance among employees of the Public Service Sector. a mediator between personal benefits of training, career benefits of training, and job-relation of training and work performance. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all three types of training benefits and work performance.
