The focus of this study is on the Jala Budi Kedah kite, the kinds of decorations which include a complete and detailed description of the artistic construction, concept and the philosophy underlying the design, and analysis of the aesthetic context underlying the aspect of decorations on the kite. Three theories used as guidelines in this scientific study that is the concept of Malay art, the theory of aesthetic significant form, and aesthetic principles.
