Summary:This study aims to assess public perception of the campaign carried out by Islamic Heritage Museum, Kuching. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed randomly around the study area, namely in Kuching City. This descriptive study which the questionaire containing 18 items were choose as a research instrument. Researchers use quantitative methods to analyze data using SPSS version 20.0 and Microsoft Excel. The results obtained from data analysis is converted to a percentage, frequency and min. The findings show that people are less sensitive to promotional activities undertaken by the museum because the promotion is not carried out effectively. Several proposals concerning the perception among public over the campaing have been submitted to museum.
