Cloning and expression of prM and gene of Japanese encephalitis virus
The prM, complete E and fragments of E gene coding for domain III of Japanese encephalitis virus have been cloned into both pET-32a and pBAC4x-1 cloning vectors, and truncated E gene into pET-32.
