Purposive and non-proportionate quota sampling was adopted to gather 224 samples from various project managers and leaders working in construction companies with CIDB G7 grade throughout Malaysia. To gather quantitative data, a questionnaire was developed by modifying previous research' questionnaires, and its validity and reliability were assessed using SmartPLS (SEM).
