Summary:The aim of this research is to identify students' ability in conjugate fi'il mudharik thulasi mu’tal to its pronouns. In addition, this study also aims to identify the type of fi'il mudharik thulasi mu’tal and pronouns that difficult for student to be conjugated, and to find out the number of error in conjugate fi'il mudharik thulasi mu’tal to its pronouns as well as identify the ways that used by students to learn this topic. This research was implemented on 85 respondents from second-year students, Programme Arabic Language and Communication, Faculty of Major Language, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Respondents were selected randomly. Researcher has collected data by constructing survey consist of three main parts. Collected data were analyzed using (SPSS) to obtaine the frecuency, percentage and mean. The frecuency and percentage used to measure result of respondents’ background. However, the mean is used to determine the level of students' knowledge and ability in conjugate fi’il mudharik thuslasi mu’tal to its pronouns. A result shown that students ability to practice this topic still low, mean value: (1.32). There are three type of fi'il mu'tal most difficult & for students to be conjugated, which are fi’il lafif maqrun, lafif mafruq dan fi’il naqis, mean value: is between(1.26) and (1.29). While two type of pronouns that most difficult to conjugate is nun niswah and ya’ al mukhotabah, mean (126) and (1.32). Finally, the study suggested some solution to overcome the problem.
