possibility of linking them to the unified electronic system. The study adopted
quantitative methods to analyze the impact of linking government and local charities in
the United Arab Emirates to a unified electronic system. A sample of 226 employees in
government and local charities departments were sampled through stratified sampling.
This scientific study contributed a theoretical framework showing the link to the fields
of charitable and Islamic institutions to the unified electronic system in the United Arab
Emirates.The study results showed that the level of the electronic system is determined
by charities by recording data on the employees in the electronic system, as well as the
mechanisms of work on the electronic system is easy in facilitating electronic system
to linking to the charities.There is also a relationship a statistic relationship between the
difficulties facing charitable organizations, the fields of charitable organizations,
government trends, and the electronic system in the United Arab Emirates. Also, there
is a strong correlation between the difficulties facing charitable organizations and the
unified electronic system in the United Arab Emirates.The study has also contributed in
practical terms to showing the extent of the relationship of government trends to the
unified electronic system and the extent of the impact of the challenges facing Islamic
charitable institutions, clarifying and exploring the fields of federal and local Islamic
charities and the possibility of linking these associations to the unified electronic system
Therefore this study recommend the government of the United Arab Emirate to unite
the usage of unified electronic system in the countr |
