Summary: | This study aims to illuminate the impact of training on the development of human
resources and crisis management in the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC). It
commences by answering this main question and based on that it shapes the core
objectives materialized in measuring the impact of training on developing the human
resources and crisis management at the National Oil Company besides defining the
training indirect impact as well. The sample of this study comprises the employees at
NOC, especially those working in the crisis management department to collect the
specific related information and data about the research main topic. The researcher
adopts the descriptive analytic method to tackle this issue and uses a questionnaire as
a tool to obtain the accurate data. The number distributed was 430 questionnaires, but
it was collected 393 only and rejected 19. Therefore the total of the appropriate ones is
374, processed by using the modeling of structural formula style (SEM-AMOS). The
study concludes the existence of relationship and training positive impact on crisis
management and proves that human resource development has also an impacting link
when addressing crisis. In addition it highlights the role of training in enhancing the
crisis management. |
