| Summary: | The reason behind conducting of this comparable and feasible study is to find out the
Maqasid al-Shari'ah (Purposes of Islamic Law) from Al Qasimi, Al Maragi and Ibn
'Ashur' s viewpoints and to illustrate the great feature and the wide horizon of Islamic
Law through selected Quranic commentaries and interpretations. which were written by
contemporary scholars who encountered the same cultural challenges and faced
accelerated circumstances and changes. At the present. Muslim nation is influenced
especially by the destructive ideologies. perverted philosophical trends and deceptive
practices. The problem statement of this study lies in the complexity of the present time
issues and some Muslims people follow the literal meaning of the interpretation test.
ignoring the purposes of the Islamic law led to devising a clear impact in the
dissemination of fanatic views, unproductive concepts and immature opinions.
Therefore, those people attempted to overturn principles. change goals and objectives.
and manipulate and fraud the means and mechanism of Maqasid al-Shari'ah (Purposes
of Islamic Law). Thus, it is necessary to refer to the great and virtue scholars who sought
to reconcile the words of the Islamic texts and their meanings and goals. This study
aims to compare the similarities and differences between the three approaches of
interpreters and the methods of their purposeful work. with the diagnosis of the
relationship between the purposes, evidence and provisions. To extract and investigate
the impact of their realization of the necessary. needy and improvement purposes in
terms of achieving the basic interests that have been spoken and instigated by Islamic
law. The descriptive approach is used in this study and the researcher collected.
documented, analyzed, and criticized the librarian scientific material via partial
extrapolation of the views of the three scholars within their interpretations depending
on the comparative approach to view and evaluate the right and the more correct
sayings and compare the intentional deductions and methodological explanations in
order to come up with an integrated overview of multifaceted and interlaced issues. The
results of this study showed the necessity of adopting the Islamic purposeful thought as
an intellectual and applicable approach. They indicated also the necessity of absorbing
emergency and renewable problems. The study recommended encouraging the
researchers to carry out more comparative studies in terms of interpretations and pay
more attention to the issues that hits of Islamic nations. |
