Description
Summary:This study aims to achieve the following main objective: to analyze and evaluate the impact of the role of human resources management on improving the quality of health services studied, and the role of professional development of the hospital as a mediator in enhancing the impact of the human resources management in raising the level of professional development of the hospital that studied. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire form, which was specially prepared as a tool for collecting the data and the opinions of the subjects studied. The study was distributed to 480 members of the study community. The study data were analyzed and hypothesized by applying some descriptive and applied statistical analysis tools, Test Correlation Matrix, Chronbach’s Alpha Coefficient, Torsion and Kurtosis Test, and Exploratory Factor Analysis, all were employed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Also, the researcher went through an Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling through the use of AMOS. The study showed a positive indirect relationship between the role of human resource management and improving the quality of health services, in the professional development of the hospital as a mediator between them. The strength of this indirect relationship is greater than the direct relationship between human resources management and the quality of health services. The strength of this indirect relationship is greater than the strength of the direct relationship between human resources management and the quality of health services, which confirms that professional development has an effective role as a mediator in increasing and improving the quality of health services. Human resource management alone cannot achieve the desired goals and objectives and reach the level of performance required in the absence of effective professional development of high quality.
