and its components (training environment and training strategy) on employee

performance. Moreover, this study used experience as a mediator between the
independent and dependent variables. The researcher gathered data from the study
population (Palestinian Civil Police). The study was designed following the
Explanatory research criteria, and opting for the quantitative method. ). A random
sample of 375 respondents was selected based on demographic data. The results
demonstrated a correlation between the training environment and employee
performance. Furthermore, the results indicated a correlation between the training
strategy and employee performance. It was also found that there is no correlation
between the leader's vision and employee performance. Moreover, the results also
demonstrated a correlation between the culture of creative thinking and employee
performance. Furthermore, the results that are related to the mediator variable i.e., the
news showed that there is a correlation between experience as a mediator on the one
hand, and between the training environment & employee performance, on the other
hand. The results also demonstrated a correlation between experience as a mediator,
on the one hand, and between the training environment & employee performance, on
the other hand. In addition to the above, the results showed that there is no correlation
between experience as a mediator and between the leader's vision & employee
performance. Meanwhile, it was found that there is a correlation between experience
as a mediator, and between the culture of creative thinking & employee performance.
Thus, the study was able to answer all research questions and address all the
objectives of the present study. The findings of the present study were presented and
analyzed based on discussing each research issue with the aims and results of
hypotheses analysis, with previous studies. Earlier studies showed that supported the
results of the present study and previous studies whose results disputed the results of
the current investigation were clarified without bias. The results of the study
contributed to demonstrating the significance of competency-based training and
creative thinking application in boosting employee performance in the Palestinian
Civil Police. Finally, the results of the study and the discussion of the findings showed
that the results can be generalized to military and civilian organizations in Palestine. |
