| 总结: | The problem of this thesis concludes on how did the Sultanate of Oman has suffered the rebellions and different purposes revolutions, and also it suffered the attempts of divisions to weaken the National Unity of the Omani People at that time which affected the Omani man march, as we as, the dispersal of the people into parties and regions which affected the Omani generations until present. The study aimed to reach the approach of Sultan Qaboos’s leadership through which he was able to unify Oman and contain his opponents and create a culture of coexistence and tolerance between the various schools of thought. The objectives of the study were to understand the leadership approach of Sultan Qaboos in uniting Oman, to present and clarify the role that the ruler of Oman actually played for the sake of the unity of the Omani society and his way in dealings with the opponents of his people, the researcher used the historical method and content analysis through books and personal interviews in order to collect the relevant data. One of the most important results that emerged and the study's conclusion were that Sultan Qaboos’s basic approach was to approach justice and equality among the people, as well as to grant the opponents different positions in order to prove their selves and to serve their experiences in Oman. |
