Summary:The study aimed to investigate the impact of crisis management in the Sultanate of Oman using information systems as an mediating variable. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyse the impact of human development on crisis management. This study followed the investment theory that appeared in 1957 in the office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar. The study sample included 300 employees in the office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman. A stratified random sample was used in this study. The study will be conducted on many of the results that have been made to the community on information systems. There is also an impact on the management information system (information, data, regulations and laws) on crisis management. Finally, there is an impact of investment in crisis management. The study recommend that the need for a clear strategy in human development.
