A comparison Of The Laryngeal Tube With The Laryngeal Mask Airway During Spontaneous Ventilation In Paediatric Anaesthesia.
Many patients undergoing general anaesthesia do not require endotracheal intubation. Previously airway management in spontaneously ventilating patients for short elective procedures has been managed by use of facemask and laryngeal mask airway.
