Kajian ini mengkaji sumbangan dan kesan daripada burnout dan konsep kendiri terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan jururawat di Libya. This study investigated the contribution and effect of burnout and self-concept on job satisfaction among nurses’ in Libya.
